About Villa
Set in the heart of Assagao, one of Goa’s most refined and sought-after neighbourhoods, La Morella (Villa A1) is a beautifully crafted 4BHK private pool villa in North Goa that brings together old-world charm and modern comfort. Centrally located yet tucked into a quiet, green pocket, this luxury villa in Assagao places you just 10 minutes away from Vagator and Anjuna beaches, while keeping you close to some of Goa’s most loved dining spots like Jamun and Bawri.
Architecturally, the villa draws from a modern Indo-Portuguese design language, visible in its arched doorways, high ceilings, and expansive windows that invite in natural light throughout the day. The spaces feel open yet grounded, where soft whites, natural wood, and earthy textures come together to create a home that feels both elegant and deeply calming.
