Payment and Cancellation
Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing your travel plans carefully before confirming your booking.
Yes. Festive periods, peak-season dates, long weekends, and special-event dates are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
If your booking qualifies for a refund under the applicable terms, the refund is processed within 7–9 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
Yes. Bookings are confirmed against full payment as per the agreed terms. Refund eligibility depends strictly on the cancellation window and booking dates.
