About Villa
Set in the lush, quieter lanes of Siolim, Villa 12 by Alira Stays is a thoughtfully designed 3BHK private pool villa in North Goa that blends space, light, and nature into a stay that feels both relaxed and elevated. Located just 15 minutes from Vagator, Anjuna, and Morjim beaches, this luxury villa in Siolim Goa offers the perfect balance between accessibility and a slower, more private Goa experience.
The villa follows a modern tropical architectural style with Indo-Portuguese elements, where wide open layouts, exposed wooden ceiling beams, and large glass panels create a seamless connection between indoor spaces and the surrounding greenery. As seen across the living areas, natural light floods the villa through full-length windows, making the space feel open, airy, and deeply connected to its environment.
