Home Rules

• Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–9 working days
• A ₹10,000 refundable security deposit is collected at check-in and returned after villa inspection
• Please maintain a peaceful environment; no loud music or disturbances after 10 PM
• Smoking indoors is not permitted
• Chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited
• Standard occupancy 8 guests, max 10 guests
• Report damages immediately
• Daily housekeeping included
• Illegal activities strictly prohibited
• Outside visitors are allowed only with prior approval
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving; management is not responsible for loss or theft

Pool Rules

• Pool Timings: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Shower before entering the pool
• No food, alcohol, or glassware near pool
• Children must be supervised
• No diving or running
• The pool is for in-house guests only
• The pool is unattended; use it responsibly and at your own risk

Security Deposit

To ensure a seamless and well-maintained experience for every guest, a refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is collected during check-in. This amount is held only as a precaution and is reviewed at the time of check-out.

Once the villa is inspected and everything is found to be in order, the deposit is refunded immediately at check-out. In the rare case that adjustments are required for damages or rule violations, our team will share a transparent and detailed explanation before processing the final amount.

For larger groups or premium bookings, the required deposit may be adjusted as per the stay profile.

Meals

We do not serve meals at the villa, but you have complete flexibility.

Cook in the well-equipped kitchen, order from Goa’s many cafés and restaurants, or book a private chef for an elevated dining experience. Chef services are available at an extra charge, and our team can assist with arrangements.
