• Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–9 working days
• A ₹10,000 refundable security deposit is collected at check-in and returned after villa inspection
• Please maintain a peaceful environment; no loud music or disturbances after 10 PM
• Smoking indoors is not permitted
• Chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited
• Standard occupancy 8 guests, max 10 guests
• Report damages immediately
• Daily housekeeping included
• Illegal activities strictly prohibited

Pool Rules

• Pool Timings: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Shower before entering the pool
• No food, alcohol, or glassware near pool
• Children must be supervised
• No diving or running
• The pool is for in-house guests only

Pet Policy

• Dogs and cats are welcome at the villa
• One pet allowed per booking
• ₹5,000 pet fee per stay
• Pets not allowed in swimming pool
• Guests responsible for pet cleanliness
• There are no resident pets on the premises
• Pet food and pet supplies are not provided at the property
• Pets may move around freely within the outdoor areas

Security Deposit

A refundable ₹10,000 security deposit is collected at check-in.

The deposit is refunded immediately at check-out after inspection.

Any deductions (if required) are explained transparently.

Meals

No meals are served at the villa.

You may cook in the equipped kitchen, order food, or book a private chef at extra cost.
